WHAT IS OMG.TRAVEL?

Despite our name, we are not a travel agency. OMG.TRAVEL is a vacation rental and corporate suite management company that offers online booking. Most of the properties that are listed on our website are owned by OMG TRAVEL LLC or its parent companies. There are other properties that we take into our Vacation Rental Management program. These properties are owned by third parties and we only share a part of the revenue with the owners in exchange for vacation rental management (check-in, check-out, cleaning, maintenance and booking). Then we have some properties that we only provide a booking service for. We have little control over these properties, but we make sure that the owners of thes vacation rentals abide by our rules and maintain our standards. For our Booking Service clients we collect a small deposit and a small booking fee on our website when you book it, and then you deal directly with the owner. Which means that the final payment can be in cash upon arival or you may make a separate credit card payment for the balance due.

WHY RENT FROM OMG.TRAVEL?

Even if you rented a vacation rental before or not, you could be quite concerned when you rent a private home over the Internet. Does the property really exist? Is the person I'm dealing with really authorized to rent the property out? Will I be scammed with my vacation rental? When the word "vacation rental" is mentioned everybody thinks of private apartments right away, where all these risks may not justify the otherwise incredible rates and value you get. That's why you should rent from a reputable and established company, like OMG.TRAVEL.

The biggest risk renting a vacation rental is being scammed (non existant property) or that unique vacation rental property suddenly becomes unavailable just days before your trip (maintenance, owner changes his mind, etc). With OMG.TRAVEL, in any scenario, your booking is guaranteed. In case a property becomes unavailable, we have so many others that it will never be a problem to move you to a different condo or house that is similar in size, amenities and location. We also focus on one market at a time. So if we have an apartment in  Miami for example, then it kind of automatically means that we have at least 10 apartments in that city (we actually have more, but it's just an example). We never spread ourselfs thin and set up a only one or two apartments in a lot of cities.

Exactly. Why not! Since our service is completely FREE you have nothing to loose. Well, it's free until we make you some money. We only take a small share from the actual bookings that we generate for you.
