A gorgeous Polynesian inspired 3 bedrooms 2 bath located in affluent Marina Beach. Complete with amazing rattan furniture, remarkable wood floors, and a vast assortment of amenities including Direct TV, central heating/air conditioning, high speed internet, and local phone service. The living room features a huge 42” plasma TV, a large rattan sofa, plush chairs and a romantic marble ensconced fireplace. Spend a romantic even in front of a roaring fire or a relaxing evening watching a little TV. Just off the living room is a private balcony. Adjacent to the living room is a large dining room with a spacious table perfect for seating six. The large American style kitchen comes complete with top of the line appliance, stunning granite countertops, and hardwood floors. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, cookware, and utensils.
The master bedroom has a spacious King Size bed and access to it’s very own private balcony. The other two bedrooms both feature comfortable and roomy Queen Size beds. Additional air mattresses are available on request for an additional fee. The bathrooms feature quality towels, bath/shower combinations, and beautiful dual wash basins.

3 night minimum charge. Rates are based on a 5 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25.00 each per night. $200.00 exit cleaning fee. Local city tax. $1500.00 refundable security for week longs stays. Bicycles available for $50 per week.
