Both bedrooms come with two queen size beds each while the living room features a queen size sofa bed. The custom furniture and impressive, lively interior design surround our guests as they take in the breathtaking water and city views from the balcony. There are two 32" plasma TVs in each bedroom and a 42" plasma TV in the living room. Everything guests will need is provided in this stylish, carefully thought out vacation condo. In what is probably one of the most desirable properties in Miami and South Beach, The Flamingo is the largest residential property in the area. It also boasts a huge amount of extra amenities, including two infinity pools overlooking the bay, Private Beach, Restaurants and Bars located on the complex, the 20,000sq ft David Barton Gym (gym day-passes available for purchase) and even beach volleyball courts.

Please Note: A $100 key/resort pass deposit is due upon arrival to the caretaker. It will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the unit at checkout and the return of the unit's key/resort pass to the caretaker.

Parking info: Fast, efficient Valet parking is available for $14 per day. No in and out. Hourly rates available as well. Limited free and metered street parking is also available outside the compound gates. If parking on the street, please read the parking restriction signs carefully.
Sights nearby: Guests will love the fact that they can walk to the lively Lincoln Road (1 block away), where they will find movie theaters, restaurants, boutiques, outdoor shops, nightclubs and grocery stores all located minutes away. You will be staying in the heart of South Beach, less than a mile from the affluent, stylish Ocean Drive area. Guests will soon realize that often, there is no need for the hassle of taking the car out! Most everything is within walking distance or just a quick cab ride away.
