Description: Our BayView Penthouse II. in Miami Beach at the Flamingo Resort is a 15th floor, 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 balcony corner apartment offering our guests an absolutely amazing view over South Beach, Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami and the Flamingo Gardens. We’ve taken great care in decorating and furnishing this apartment to meet the highest standards in comfort and convenience. This high-rise waterfront apartment offers open, sunny interiors, two large private balconies from which to enjoy the sun and the views, new modern appliances and large walk-in closets to stow away all your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your home cooking needs and the lovely proper dining area can accommodate your entire group.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and we’ve also included a queen size sofa bed and a queen size airbed that you can put in the living room. For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer combo installed inside the apartment, as well as a community laundry room by the elevator entrance. The bright, spacious bathroom features an oversized bathtub and new fittings, as well as plenty of extra linens and towels.
With exclusive use of the properties pools and Jacuzzis, as well as the private beach, travelers will be immersed in South Beach luxury from the moment they arrive and valet their cars at their new vacation home. How to get there: From I-95: Going north or south, exit I-195 eastbound and follow it to Alton Road. Veer right onto Alton Road and continue traveling southbound to 15th Street, where you'll see Einstein Bagels on the corner. Make a right on 15th Street and continue two blocks ahead where you will see the Flamingo South Beach apartment homes.

From I-395: Travel east on I-395 until it turns into MacArthur Causeway. Follow this across the bay until you reach Alton Road. Veer left to make a left turn onto Alton Road. At 15th Street, make a left just past Pollo Tropical Restaurant. Proceed two blocks to Bay Road where you'll turn left into the parking entrance, on the right, at Flamingo South Beach apartment homes.
