Description: This lovingly decorated penthouse apartment has two master bedrooms and two master bathrooms, allowing each guest their own private space and the ability to close off their area from the rest of the apartment. Each has unique features that set the rooms apart, whether with clever architecture or a large, separate vanity and dressing area. The Queen beds in each bedroom and the available high-quality double airbed can accommodate up to 6 guests on the 3 beds. Upon request, we can furnish an extra air mattress or child's cot to accommodate additional children, allowing for some truly flexible sleeping arrangements. If traveling with an infant, we also have a crib available upon request.
This unit features bright rooms and uplifting color schemes that complement the clean lines of the contemporary furnishings. The vibe is decidedly warm and welcoming; truly home and not just a vacation accommodation. Each bedroom and the living room all have TV’s with cable connections, while one bedroom features a DVD combo unit. The building has 24/7 security patrol, secure gated garage, roof top pool and Jacuzzi, laundry room, and a serene fountain in the courtyard.

Location: The Miracle Mile district, often referred to as Beverly Hills adjacent in real estate papers, was created in the 1920s as a car-friendly shopping area. It is truly an urban melting pot. Peppered with a mix of architectural styles, this recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub includes the newly developed “The Grove” shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street and several expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The Building is located four blocks North of Wilshire just off of LaBrea Avenue, giving guest perfect access to main through streets while still maintaining a quiet setting.
Parking info: Two parking spots are reserved for guests in the garage and plenty of free street parking may be found on the neighboring Sycamore Ave. When parking on the street, please be sure to check the parking signs for any restrictions.
Sights nearby: The bustling suburban sprawl that is LA offers up countless gems that would satisfy anyone’s thirst for art, culture and adventure. Nearby, guests will find the LACMA museum, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove shopping and entertainment complex, Melrose shopping strip, the always hopping and quite infamous Sunset Strip, Hollywood Boulevard and the new Kodak Theater and Hollywood/Highland mall, the magnificent Grauman’s Chinese movie theater, the Petersen Automotive Museum, The 3rd Street Farmers Market, and major film studios such as Paramount, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios (including Universal Studios Theme Park and Universal City Walk).

How to get there: After leaving the airport terminals, take the 405 North and merge onto the I-10 West. Take the LaBrea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire boulevard, make a left on Fourth Street. The building will be ahead at the very next intersection.
