Description: This bright, colorful 120 sq. meter Roman apartment is located on the fourth floor (with elevator) in a typical Roman building dating back to the 1800's. Available for up to 9 guests, it consists of a master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with four single beds and a third bedroom which features two beds – a comfy king size bed (180x220cm) and another single bed (90x220cm).
Perfect for large groups or families, this spacious apartment is tastefully decorated with designer furniture, dramatic black and white portraits and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is a proper dining area in which guests can enjoy meals together and the rooms and hallways all have large, airy windows which provide plenty of warm, inviting natural light. The spacious living room has a clever arrangement of stylish sofas and daybeds that make for a wonderful area for entertaining or lounging as well as sleeping additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has a four burner gas stove, a microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and washing machine. This apartment features two nicely remodeled bathrooms; one bathroom has a bath and shower and a second private bathroom is fitted with hand-basin and bidet.

Location: This perfectly located apartment is situated in the heart of the Celio area (Caelian Hill), on Via Celimontana, just 10 yards from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The Caelian Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, characterized by a relaxed lifestyle and ideally located as a starting point for tours and excursions in the archaeological areas. This neighborhood also has a wonderful array of restaurants for all budgets, pubs, markets and shops of any kind.
There is also many beautiful, historically important churches in the area. The nearby San Pietro in Vincoli hosts one of Michelangelo’s masterpieces, the Moses. Two of the major Basilicas are within walking distance: Santa Maria Maggiore (dating to 315 AD) and San Giovanni in Laterano, which was the first papal seat before the building of the Vatican.

How to get there: From the Airport please take the train or shuttle bus to Termini station. At Termini station, transfer to the metro B and get off at Colosseo. Walk up onto Via dei Fori Imperiali and follow the street around the Colosseum. Cross the square and reach Via Capo D'Africa. Via Celimontana is the second street on your right.
