Our Hollywood DeLux apartment I. comfortably sleeps up to 4+4 guests on the apartment’s 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed and the additional queen size air mattresses. By request, we are happy to switch the air mattresses for two single size fold away cots. There are 3 TV sets and 3 cable boxes for all your entertainment needs. The building has 24/7 security patrol, secure gated garage areas, a crystal clear courtyard pool jacuzzi, laundry room and a serene fountain anchoring the indoor/outdoor den-like "living room" in the courtyard.
Just remodeled, this unit boasts dramatic granite countertops and brand new carpet and tile throughout. Our interior design is focused on combining comfort with functional luxury. Location: The Miracle Mile district, often referred to as Beverly Hills adjacent in real estate papers, was created in the 1920s as a car-friendly shopping area. It is truly an urban melting pot.
Peppered with a mix of architectural styles, this recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub includes the newly developed “The Grove” shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street and several expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard.
The Building is on Wilshire Blvd, just west of LaBrea Avenue, giving our guests perfect access to main through streets while still maintaining a quiet setting.
Parking info: We offer two tandem parking spaces for standard passenger cars or minivans/small SUVs in the garage (gated underground parking) Guests will also be able to find a good amount of free or metered street parking on the neighboring streets. However, if you choose to park on the street, we urge you to check the parking signs for restrictions. After all, parking tickets aren't much fun!
Sights nearby: Nearby attractions include: LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove mall, Melrose Strip (for some excellent trendy shopping), the infamous Sunset Strip, the Cahuenga nightlife corridor, Hollywood Boulevard and the Kodak Theater, the Petersen Automotive Museum, the 3rd Street Farmers Market and Universal Studios Theme Park.
All the major film and television studios are close by as well, as are the major casting studios and executive offices around town.
How to get there: Head toward Century Blvd. East as you are leaving the LAX airport arrival area. Merge onto Century Blvd. East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass. Stay right and drive under the 405 freeway and immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. Merge onto the 10 East freeway next. From the 10 East, Take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. At Wilshire Blvd, make a left and then an immediate right onto Detroit Street (you'll see a Starbucks on the northwest corner). The building is right on this northwest corner.

I stayed here a few months ago and had a very satisfying time. The apartment looked like it did in the pictures and I did not need to call management so never actually saw anyone associated with the Travel company so can't comment on that. Ps. If you are new to Los Angeles then try IN N OUT burger. It was fantastic and one of the best burgers I have ever tried. In the local paper it also received Best Burger Place, and I agree whole-heartedly.
