Description: The Hollywood DeLux III. Apartment boasts 2 master bedrooms and 2 master bathrooms, allowing each guest their own private space and the ability to close off their area from the rest of the apartment. The bedrooms feature a Queen bed while the living room is furnished with a plush convertible sofa bed. This setup easily accommodates 6 guests while our optional single cots or top-of-the-line air mattresses may be requested for up to two additional guests. Should you be traveling with an infant, we also have a crib available for your convenience.
Each bedroom and the living room all have TV’s with cable connections, while one bedroom features a DVD combo unit, eliminating remote control fights for good! The building also offers 24/7 security patrol, secure gated garage parking, rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, a laundry room, and a serene fountain in the courtyard. Guests can also take advantage of the gorgeous rooftop sun deck to catch that perfect tan or just take in the views of the iconic Hollywood sign and the surrounding mountains.
Newly remodeled and refurnished, the unit features beautiful dark granite kitchen counter tops as well as brand new appliances and cookware. There is a proper dining area as well as extra convenience features like a dishwasher. Always keeping convenient details in mind, we’ve gone through this apartment from top to bottom to ensure that everything is perfect for the families, friends or actors/directors who visit us in LA. From carefully coordinated art and comfy furniture to new carpets, this holiday rental is a perfect home away from home.
Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment welcomes travelers with bright rooms and contemporary furnishings that present a warm and welcoming vibe. With our newest apartment rentals in Los Angeles, we offer our guests comfortable, luxurious suburban living at an unbelievable price that far outpaces the nearby luxury hotels.
Location: Located in an affluent neighborhood just south of Hollywood and just east of Beverly Hills, The Miracle Mile district is tucked neatly between areas that offer everything from luxury mansions to wild nightlife and bohemian chic cafes. The Miracle Mile District’s development dates back to the 1920’s and grew into a prime business and art hub during the Golden Age of Hollywood. Now peppered with a mix of architectural styles, this recently redeveloped area includes the new “The Grove” shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street and several expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The building is located four blocks north of Wilshire and is just one block off of La Brea Avenue. While sheltered from busy main street traffic, this building gives our guests easy and quick access to all the attractions and all the various areas of Los Angeles.
Parking info: Two reserved parking spaces are reserved for our guests in the gated garage. There is also plenty of free street parking on the adjacent side streets. If guests choose to park on the street, we would like to remind them to check the parking signs for any restrictions.
Sights nearby: Just minutes away from their vacation home, guests will find some of the true gems of Los Angeles, including the LACMA museum, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove shopping and entertainment complex, the bohemian chic Melrose shopping area and of course the infamous nightlife of the Sunset Strip. Hollywood Boulevard, with the new Kodak Theater and Hollywood/Highland mall, is always a good tourist stop, as is the magnificent Grauman’s Chinese movie theater next door to the Kodak Theater. Guests exploring the Miracle Mile area will also want to check out the expanded Petersen Automotive Museum and the historic 3rd Street Farmers Market. All the major film studios such as Paramount, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios (including Universal Studios Theme Park and Universal City Walk) are also nearby, allowing tourists and business travelers alike a close proximity to the Hollywood magic.
Even the beaches are relatively easy to get to. With quick access to all the major freeways, guests won’t be wasting time winding through the city just to get to the main through ways. LA traffic on the freeways is bad enough! Why spend more time than you have to winding through confusing neighborhoods. Less time in the car means more time with your toes in the sand!
How to get there: After leaving the airport terminal areas, simply follow the signs to Century Blvd East. Stay right on Century Blvd East and stay right, taking the 405 North entrance ramp after passing underneath the freeway overpass. Then, merge onto the I-10 East. Take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Fourth Street. You will see the building up ahead on the left, at the very next intersection.

Good for location. Good for service. Good for privacy. Not so good for partying. Surrounding area is semi-quiet. Few diners. Museum district is neaby. Street parking is expensive and I don’t know if they offer more than one parking spot if you have two cars. Something I may have to find out for next time.

I have booked with OMG before & stayed @ their N Fuller & Hollywood Blvd. location and once again I couldn't be happier with the comfort & quality of the unit. Just down the street there is everything u could need & most locations in & around hollywood r between a $7 & $15 cab ride. Thanks again guys!
