My husband and I stayed here with our kids and really loved it. The apartment was very nice and roomy. Everything was clean. When we arrived at the apt, we just happened to run into the manager in the lobby. He was super nice and showed us to the apt and explained everything. The location was great, close to lots of attractions and restarants. We liked the parking garage, however our big car didn't fit too well...our luggage rack always hit the ceiling. Our only complaint about the apt would be that the beds were very soft and lumpy, hard to sleep well. Also, there were no washcloths or handtowels in the bathrooms. All in all, the apt was very nice and a good value.

My family and I stayed here for just under 2 weeks and we loved it. The apartment was lovely and quite roomy. We had a little confusion when we tried to self check in however we just gave OMG a call and they explained everything to us and we were all set.. Can't express how fabulous the location is.. Close to main freeways, superb shopping and not far from downtown LA if your going to catch a Lakers game. Its close to public transport and you get a tandem park in the garage which is great. The only complaint I have is that the beds are not comfy and that the unit is over the garage doors so at night you can hear the garage opening and closing. You can't hear it if you have the tv on and luckily cars aren't entering and leaving all through the night. Other than that, highly recommend this property..

The cost of this apartment compared with hotels in LA is really low. We were a group of 5 people (two couples and one single person) and we paid around USD 1100. Any decent hotel would have cost much more. The building is in a great location and is very safe. You actually need keys for everything: lobby door, elevator, access to the pool, you name it! There are also 2 parking spaces (allocated together), which although we only had one car it made things easier not to have to worry about someone parked behind or in front of us. The apartment itself is a very good size. There are two big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 big closets, which were very handy, considering the quantity of suitcases and the boxes we had. However, the mattresses in both bedroom are very old and desperately need changing. We actually flipped ours after a few nights, only to discover a very suspicious stain on the bed base. The linens and towels are also very old and my friend actually bought new ones to use there, because she wasn't comfortable using the ones provided. As there are only 2 bedrooms, my cousin (the single person in the group) had to sleep in the sofa bed, but it was too uncomfortable. So he chose the air matress instead, but although it was better, it wasn't great. The biggest problem we had was that the apartment was very cold when we arrive and the heating (air conditioner) work at all. We tried everything, but nothing happened. So we tried to contact OMG, but it was already late in the night and nobody answered the call. We consulted the booklet we received with the keys and there was a 24 hour number we could call in case of some problems (including heating/ac), so we tried that. The person who answered wasn't helpful at all and said it would be sorted out in up to 24 hours and desperately wanted us to hang up so he could go back to his business, whatever it was. So after that discouraging promise that it would be sorted out sometime in the future, we continued to look for a way to fix the problem ourselves. Around 1 hour later, I realized there was a weird switch on the wall above one of the closets and when we tried it, voila, the a/c came on! I really think the switch should have been on to start with, so the guest can control the temperature of the apartment, but if for some reason it is left off, then somewhere in the booklet there should be information about how to turn it back on or at least the maintanence person should know about it and should have instructed us to check it first, instead of rushing to get off the phone. It really was a total guess that this little thing nowhere near the controller of the a/c could have anything to do with it. If I hadn't seen it (and trust me, it wasn't obvious) we could have had a very cold night. By the way, we would have been cold, as there was only one duvet per bed and the weather was terrible in LA. Apart from this mishap and the bed linens, our stay was enjoyable and the OMG.Travel staff was helpful. I had some packages arriving for me from Amazon and they gave me all the instructions on how to receive them without problems. The building management, which is not connected to OMG.Travel, wasn't too happy to keep the boxes in the storage room for me, but that really had nothing to do with them. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a cheap, well located accomodation in LA and don't mind not having people serving you and fixing you breakfast. However, bare in mind that you might not have the best sleep ever, thanks to their old mattresses. And you might want to bring your own bed clothes and towels.
