Outfitted with 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed and up to 2 queen size air mattresses by request, this apartment is perfect for larger groups or families traveling together, sleeping up to 6+2 guests. The spacious living room gives everyone room for themselves and opens up into the full-sized and fully remodeled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features dramatic dark granite countertops and all the brand new appliances and cookware guests need for their perfect home cooked meals. The proper dining area and quality dinette set provides a comfortable area for either a civilized multi-course meal or a snack on the go. It even works well as a simple work desk for the busy exec on a deadline. Choosing the night’s TV programming is never an issue, as we’ve installed 3 cable-equipped TV sets – no one will have to fight for the remote again or miss their favorite show. As an added service to our guests, the building offers a 24/7 security patrol as well as a secure garage with two reserved spaces.

All of the surrounding neighborhoods and major attractions are easily accessible by car and are just a few minutes away. Guests are just a few minutes away from the famed Sunset Strip or the newly christened Cahuenga Nightlife Corridor and will be club-hopping or watching movies in no time at all. For families, heading to Universal Studios Theme Park is usually a must-do proposition. This constantly developing entertainment park is only15 minutes away. As for the other major studios and television production offices, the property is perfectly located to serve the short term rental needs of the traveling entertainment professional on the go for meetings or pilot season auditions.

Location: The brand new Pacific DeLux apartment is located in the same building as several of our other luxury rental units. Located right in the heart of the lively and affluent Miracle Mile District, this fully furnished apartment in Hollywood is found in a modern building nestled just between the ritzy Hancock Park neighborhood to the East and the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods to the West. The development of this up-scale neighborhood began in the 1920s and has recently seen an invigorating redevelopment, as top-notch boutiques, entertainment complexes and restaurants have brought a new sense of style to the community. This central Los Angeles neighborhood offers easy access to all areas of the sprawling city along several major avenues. Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Universal City are just minutes away. Because of the close proximity to the freeways, this location even offers quick access to Downtown LA as well as the beaches.
It is right down the street from the new Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street as well as newly expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The trendy Melrose shopping strip as well as the famed Sunset Strip are nearby, as are several major motion picture studios.
Parking info: Guests will have access to two reserved parking spots in the gated garage. Plenty of free street parking is also available around the building. When parking on the street, however, always be sure to check the parking signs for day and time restrictions.

Just head up to the roof of our building and check out the gorgeous panoramic view of the downtown LA skyline, the Hollywood Hills and of course the legendary Hollywood sign. From this rooftop sundeck, which features a pool and jacuzzi, guests can soak up the vibe of the city around them while they work on their tans and daydreams.
Nearby attractions include: LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove shopping and movie theater complex, the Melrose shopping area (for some excellent trendy shopping), the infamous nightlife and high-end restaurants of the Sunset Strip, the Cahuenga nightlife corridor, Hollywood Boulevard and the Kodak Theater, the newly expanded Petersen Automotive Museum, the 3rd Street Farmers Market and Universal Studios Theme Park.
For the benefit of our visiting entertainment pros, this location serves as an excellent central base for getting to all the major studios and casting offices.
How to get there: Upon leaving the LAX airport terminal area, head towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass. Stay right, drive under the 405 freeway and immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. After a few miles, merge onto the 10 East freeway. From the 10 East, take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Fourth Street. The building will be at the next intersection, to your left.
