Description: This first floor unit sleeps a maximum of 2+3 guests. The bright, spacious bedroom is comfortably furnished to accommodate 2 guests (with room for a crib or additional fold-away bed) and features a TV set with cable connection. The living room, also equipped with cable TV and a brand new flat screen TV, will accommodate 2 guests on the convertible sofa bed. There is enough room for 1 additional guest sleeping on a single-size fold-away bed or air mattress.
A separate, proper dining area as well as a granite topped breakfast bar will give you plenty of space to enjoy those home-cooked meals one can prepare in the state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen. All the usual kitchen-ware and major accessories guests need to feel at home in every room of this marvelous Hollywood gem is provided, including plenty of room for everyone.
The bathroom and vanity area give plenty of space for guests to prepare for the days adventures or that all important audition. To keep you connected to your work and loved ones, we have installed free WiFi Internet, a local phone line and a fax machine for your convenience.

Location: The Miracle Mile district, often referred to as “Beverly Hills adjacent” in real estate papers, was created in the 1920s as a car-friendly shopping area. This neighborhood, like much of LA, is truly an urban melting pot and is peppered with a mix of architectural styles and colorful neighborhoods. This recently redeveloped Los Angeles hub includes brand new "The Grove" shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street, which also features the famous 3rd Street Farmer’s Market. There are expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard, most notably the LACMA, as well as an enormous amount of dining and shopping options nearby.
This prime, central location allows easy access to every area in Los Angeles as well as to all the major freeways. Proximity to the major film/TV studios and most casting offices make it a the perfect choice for actors and artists/technicians in town during pilot season for their auditions or during an extended shoot.
While the building is right off the bustling La Brea Avenue, it is a sheltered block away on a quiet corner with no through traffic, allowing guests to remain close to the action of a bustling city yet still maintain a serene home environment.
As an added bonus to those who enjoy exploring on foot or just like to wander out for a good cup of coffee, there are countless restaurants, cafes and markets within walking distance of the building. Getting to the very best in Los Angeles hotspots is just a matter of taking a short drive, as most attractions and nightlife areas are only 10-15 minutes away by car.
Parking info: There is a reserved parking spot available in the secure, gated garage for our guests. There is plenty of free street parking on the neighboring Sycamore Ave. and other side streets - just be sure to check the local parking signs for any restrictions. California parking enforcement is always on the prowl!
If additional parking spots are required, you may ask our regional manager about possibly available spots that our other guests may not be using, as we have several vacation rental units in the same building.

The spectacular rooftop sun deck provides for a marvelous panoramic view of the surrounding areas while guests can soak away in the sparkling pool or Jacuzzi. This gorgeous rooftop patio offers up a spectacular view of Downtown LA, the Hollywood Hills and the majestic Hollywood sign as a backdrop for your California tan.

How to get there: After departing the terminal areas of LAX, take Century Blvd to the 405 North entrance and merge onto the freeway. Then, merge onto the I-10 West. Take the LaBrea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Boulevard, make a left on Fourth Street. The building and the gated parking garage entrances will be approximately 100 feet ahead, on the left.
