This layout proves to be perfect for multiple guests, as the separate areas allow everyone to maintain their privacy while still being able to prepare for a busy day out and about in Los Angeles. The living room features plush suede furniture and basic cable programming. The dramatic dark granite counter tops in the kitchen, along with the new appliances, exude luxury. There is a breakfast bar as well as a proper dining area and plenty of accessories to make that perfect in-home meal. Coffee and tea brewers, microwave, blender, toaster and oven/stove are all available for your use. Ironing board/iron and Laundry machines are provided as well.
Secure gated garage parking is also included for one passenger car or small SUV/minivan. Proximity to the major film/TV studios and most casting offices make it a dream apartment for actors and artists/technicians in town during pilot season or a shoot.
While the building is right off of LaBrea Avenue, it is built on a quiet corner with no through traffic, allowing guests to remain close to the action of a bustling city yet still remain in a serene home environment.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. OMG management very helpful.View from roof awesome. Grocerie store one block away. Hollywood tourist stuff short drive. Do not recommend if you want an NON-smoking enviroment, Hot tub was lukewarm. Pool is only 3 feet deep.
