A deposit of 25% of rent is required to make a reservation.
Balance due 30 days before arrival; if reservation made within 30 days of arrival full amount required to hold reservation.

Cancellation policy: 30 days required for full refund. Less than 30 days, 75% refunded if we re-book. Less than two weeks, 50% refunded if we re-book.

How to get there: From LAX airport arrival terminal, head out of the airport area towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the 405 freeway overpass ahead. Stay right and go under the freeway overpass and take the entrance ramp (on the right) to the 405 North. Merge onto the 10 East freeway and then take the La Cienega exit. Head North on La Cienega and stay on La Cienega until you arrive at Sunset Blvd (you will pass several major avenues such as Wilshire, Beverly, Melrose and finally Santa Monica Blvd before going up a steep hill and arriving at Sunset Blvd). Take a right on Sunset Blvd and drive about a mile until you pass Crescent Heights. The building, #7950 Sunset Blvd, will be on your right.
