PRICE MATCHING / LOWEST RATE PROMISE
We want you to sleep tight after you purchase your vacation rental with OMG.travel. When you book with us, you will never have to worry about a “better deal”. We’ll make sure there isn’t one! If you book your vacation property on omg.travel and then find a lower rate for the same dates, the same property, house or hotel with the same amount of guests on a competitor’s site you may be entitled to a $50 coupon per reservation which you may use towards your next OMG.travel booking.
Our Terms and Conditions for the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise:
- The price you are quoted must be at least five dollars less per reservation than the rate you paid on omg.travel.
- The lower rate may not include website services, booking fees or any processing, shipping or paper reservation costs.
- You must be able to provide the web address (URL) where you found the lower rate.
- Remember that you must file your claim with us by midnight Central Time of the same day you booked with us.
- All claims must be submitted via e-mail with all required information to be considered a valid claim.
We welcome all the competition with a smile because, quite simply, we know we can beat them! We’ll make sure you hear from us within 10 to 15 days regarding the outcome of your claim. In the meantime, remember to print out or save a screen shot of the page with the lower rate (the itinerary confirmation or the summary page just prior to purchase works best for us) in case our customer service representative has any questions or needs more details regarding the rate in question)

1. The OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise is available to any customer who makes a qualifying rate purchase through our omg.travel website on or after January 1, 2008.
2. Accommodations must be purchased with a valid credit card with a United States or European Union billing address, and is valid only for travel within Hungary.
3. The OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise applies only to the total rate and cannot be applied to rates differences based on service, booking, processing, shipping, paper reservation or other fees that are not collected on the booked property.
4. Worried you may have just found a lower rate? Just look over that lower rate you found again and make sure that it is for the same accommodations in the same vacation rental and the same dates of travel. If the address is the same and the number of guests, dates, rooms and the same booking restrictions apply and the total price is at least $5 lower than the omg.travel purchase price, just follow the procedures outlined below on the same day you made your OMG.travel purchase and we will give you a coupon in the amount of $50 for every guest in your OMG.travel reservation. This coupon is redeemable on your very next purchase on the omg.travel website. We’ll bet that makes you feel perfectly happy with your deal on our OMG.travel vacation rental no matter what else is out there!
5. Making a claim is as easy as sending us an e-mail. Just send the following information to claims@omg.travel: The complete web address (URL) of that pesky site that had a lower total rate and the total rate quoted on the other web site for all reservations including taxes (but excluding web site service, booking, processing, shipping or other fees).
6. Don’t delay your claim. We ask that you submit your claim by midnight US Central Time of the same day you booked with us on omg.travel. Your claim must be submitted via e-mail at claims@omg.travel. The OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise applies only to competing rates found on another full-service travel website or vacation rental web site that are at least $5 less than the comparable OMG.travel and have the same rate restriction levels. For example, if you purchased an un-restricted booking and then found the same booking but with restrictions, it would not qualify for the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise. The confirmed rate that you paid for your OMG.travel booking will be compared to the competing site’s rate on the other site at the point immediately prior to booking.
7. We don’t compete with ourselves so naturally, the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise does not apply to lower rates found on the omg.travel website. If your OMG.travel booking is refundable and you choose to refund your purchase, the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise will not apply.
8. OMG.travel takes great care and concern with your claim, but we do reserve the right to deny a claim if we are unable to verify it or if you have provided incorrect or incomplete information.
9. The competitor’s lower rate must be published and available to the general public. The OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise does not apply to unpublished rates including, but not limited to, corporate group rates, government or military rates, wholesaler or consolidator fares or rates that are sold as a part of a larger travel package.
10. You need to know where your headed! We’re unable to honor a claim if the rates given are for an itinerary were the carriers or travel details are unknown until after the purchase, nor will the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise apply to bookings that are less than $5 below our rate or web service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-reservation and other fees not charged on the accommodation.
11. Our OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise may not be applied to the total rates given by a competitor’s web site with has been reduced as a result of a promotional discount, such as a savings coupon or because of a customer loyalty rewards program.

Verification of Claims and Coupon Redemption
Once we have received your claim, our OMG.travel Customer Service team will keep in contact with you via e-mail. If we are unable to immediately replicate the lower rate as you found it, we may request a few extra bits of information or documentation (such as that screen shot we mentioned you should take, remember?) to verify the lower on-line rate. Please make sure you keep a copy of your documentation and your e-mails to us.
1. OMG.travel reserves the right to deny a claim if it contains incomplete or inaccurate information or if the claim of a lower rate cannot be verified.
2. Once we’ve verified that someone out there actually managed to get a lower on-line rate published than us, OMG.travel will send you an E-mail Coupon (“EC”) in an amount equal to $50 USD for each eligible reservation purchased with your original OMG.travel reservation. We will only issue one EC, which will reflect a dollar amount that covers all guest on your original omg.travel reservation. Please allow our Customer Service team 10-15 business days to finish processing your claim and preparing your EC.
3. Our EC’s are valid for a term of one year and may be used for any future booking purchases on OMG.travel. When using your EC, your total booking price must equal or exceed the value of the EC. You will see the value of your EC reflected as a refund to the credit card used for the purchase in which you used your EC. Keep a good eye on your EC because, unfortunately, we are unable to extend the term or issue replacements for any reason.
4. Our ECs have no actual cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, may not be transferred to a third party or assignable in any way. OMG.travel’ ECs may not be purchased or auctioned and any attempt to violate these terms and conditions will immediately void your EC.
5. ECs will only be issued to the customer who made the qualifying purchase on the omg.travel website
6. If we broke our promise, we’re going to make it up to you. Our EC system is, exclusively, the only compensation that can be provided when OMG.travel is unable to fulfill its Lowest Rate Promise.
7. If a OMG.travel customer has purchased a refundable booking that they have made a Lowest Rate Promise claim on and later decide to claim the refund on the booking, any EC that we have issued to that guest in connection with a competing reservation and our OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise will immediately be voided. If your qualifying booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your initial payment your Lowest Rate Promise claim or any EC issued to you will become invalid.

8. To redeem your OMG.travel EC, you will need to complete a new booking on our omg.travel website as outlined above and then send us a quick e-mail to reservationresolution@budapestapartments.us. Your email must contain the following vital information about your new booking:
a. The OMG.travel booking number (6-digit alpha-numeric confirmation #)
b. The e-mail address which you used to book your vacation rental
c. The EC code (the code # we sent you via e-mail)
The OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise and associated ECs are void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any or all parts of the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Lowest Rate Promise Terms and Conditions will not be retroactive and will take effect upon posting of the modified OMG.travel Low Fare Promise Terms and Conditions on the omg.travel website. Any cancellations Terms and Conditions will become effective upon removal of the references to the respective sections from the omg.travel website.
If the OMG.travel Lowest Rate Promise is cancelled, in it’s entirety, for any reason, the ECs still outstanding will continue to be valid until their expiration date.
