OMG.travel will always strive to give you the best experience with your vacation rental. Your business will always be treated with the respect that it deserves. Upon arrival, if you are not completely satisfied with the property you booked and we are unable to remedy the problem or re-book you in another vacation property that is to your liking, we will reimburse your full payment.
The following restrictions apply:
You must provide an acceptable reason for your dissatisfaction with your property and you must allow us a reasonable amount of time to fix any errors. Acceptable reasons are as follows:
1. Cleanliness. If the property is not clean and orderly or is poorly maintained.
2. Misrepresentation. The property should look like the photographs and the descriptions and location information must match.
3. Staffing issues. If you are not treated respectfully and amicably or your concerns are not addressed.
You must not have any other existing reservations for the same dates. A new reservation must be submitted for you through one of our accepted partners, such as Orbitz, Travelocity, Hotelopia or Raddison Hotels.
