Q: How will I be given the keys to my vacation rental?

A: After you have completed your vacation home booking, the landlord will send you a personalized message about their particular check-in instructions. Make sure you print out these check-in instructions, as you may not have access to the internet to look them up in your email. Check-i procedures vary from meeting at the property address, going to the property manager's office or receive key-lock codes to your vacation rental.

Q: Are bed linens included with my vacation home rental?

A: Check the listing's "Features" section. But usually yes. Your vacation rental is your home while you’re away so we’ll make sure you not only have clean, comfortable linens but all the necessities and toiletries you’ve come to expect from a high-end luxury hotel.

Q: Are there any cleaning fees? Any hidden fees?

A: Your invoice breakdown will be automatically calculated before you confirm the reservation. There may be additional cleaning fees payable separately outside of the invoice total. This will be shown in the "Cash Only Fees" right below your invoice summary. There are never any hidden fees at OMG.TRAVEL. The price we give you at the end of your reservation process and before you confirm your booking is the price you’ll pay.

Q: What is Self Check-In?

A: It’s not too complicated or high-tech, don’t worry! Self Check-In rentals are all equipped with digital electronic locks and wireless check-in cameras. Upon arrival, you simply enter the building by punching a unique access code that we send you into a keypad. Your unit’s door, if applicable, will open using the same procedure. When you step into your vacation rental, a wireless check-in camera will take a short video so we can identify you and make sure that no nu-authorized access occurs. Just to keep things easy and even more secure, you’ll find a standard set of keys inside your vacation rental for your use during your stay should you desire.

Q: How do you define your beds?

A: While we know that measurements won’t necessarily mean anything to you unless you make a habit of carrying around a tape measure, we do want you to know what you’re getting when you book your vacation rental. So, we’ve brought out our own tape measures so you don’t have to. We’d also like you to know we keep our beds in great shape, so a good night’s rest will not be a concern for you.
