Great stay Katherine Hepburn studio at Essex house Korea Town Los Angeles
Check in was a breeze with on site manager Don. He was courteous and efficient. The propert decor is a bit 80's but it is immaculately clean. The hallways, apartment and all common areas not a sign of dust or dirt. The studio is spacious (very small galley kitchen but fine for making breakfast before heading out and even fine if you wanted to cook meals). Bathroom was in great condition plenty of hot water. The bed was super comfy. The futon bed also super comfy. Plenty of sLinens and pillows for up to 4 people. Over all a great stay. They even gave us 2 See's Candy Easter eggs as our stay was during this holiday, spent 3 great nites here.
Pros: Super clean, in studio kitchen, great on site manager and easy check in, private parking space included (gate clicker given for us during your stay). They had a jacuzzi (didn't use it) but it looked nice with a nice outdoor BBQ area (didn't use that) and plenty of lounge chairs to relax outside (didn't use them). On site coin laundry..
Cons: Location - off the beaten path a bit in Korea Town. most of our biz was in west hollywood (30 min in moderate traffic) and west LA (35 min in mod traffic) so staying in West Hollywood would of been more convenient .

close proximity of museums and shopping center
My wife and I have stayed for 2 months in a Pacific Suite (1-bedroom) apartment at 5700 6th Street in Los Angeles. The rooms are sufficiently comfortable and the general facilities are standard.
Pros: The big plus of the location is the close proximity of a number of museums (LACMA, the Tar Pits Geology museum and an automotive museum) and a shopping center (The Grove) in walking distance. If you have no car there is frequent public transport around the corner connecting to downtown and the beach.
Cons: The kitchen inventory and the furniture is just OK. The public Jakuzzi/hot tub of the building was right in front of us and often noisy.

LA Experience
We spent one week in apartment 119 at 5700 W 6th Street in Los Angeles. For the most part it was a pleasant stay.
Pros: Close to areas that not only were great for shopping but also for sight seeing.
Cons: 1. Could have used more necessities such as toilet paper, Kleenex, Paper Towels, and a broom.2. Although we were told that a new TV set was being installed, it never was. Also when told that the TV remote for the living room was not working,it was not fixed. The WiFi did not work well and was often slow or completely unusable not worth $8/day. The cellphone service was sketchy at best.3. Kitchen needs remodeling. More cooking utensils needed, fewer fry pans and more sauce pans. One is not enough. Silverware was unmatched and not enough teaspoons or forks.

Cons: There were some detailes : 1.- There was not internet. At this time this is a priority.2.- The couch is in very bad condition, it is impossible sleep there. 3.- One of the bathrooms was dirty in the shower area.

Below average, house is lack of maintainence. TV remote not work, few light not working, internet device not working on first 2 days, then work for few days after replaced the device, then not work again on last 2 days. Garage opener not work, laundry access card not working, need to buy a new one...

Cons: Don't expect the unit you walk in work as it should, be aware to spend your time and money to fix the unit. Buy light bulb, garbage bag, toilet paper, even dish washing cloth....

Cons: We took our two granddaughters to LA during their spring break to celebrate their 16th birthday. On the first morning, I awoke with a horrendous headache which I never get. My eyes were swollen and I had about 10 bites on my right breast. Every morning thereafter, I awoke with swollen eyes. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm a 67 year old grandmother. Then the girls got sick. Hives all over one of their bodies. We went to a pharmacy, then had to go to Beverly Hils Urgent Care for a shot of Benadryl which cost $155. We also lost a day of vacation because the Benadryl shot made her sleepy and she had scratched a lot the night before not getting much sleep. There was mold in both bathrooms and ants in the sink. We had to call them to get basic supplies brought to us such as toilet paper, bath towels, soap, a sponge, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. They didn't have enough WiFi devises for us to rent one. Two had broken and they didn't replace it until late one night before we left. I have asked them for a refund either full or partial. They have refused saying they couldn't find anything wrong with the apartment. In other words, they are saying they don't believe us or DON'T CARE what happened to us. I'm sure they won't post this.

Everything was great! The woman I spoke to on the phine when I called was an Angel. She made everything happen for me and I was calling looking for something that day!! She was so kind and so thorough. I really appreciated her level of professionalism but also sincerity. (I can't remember her name, she had an accent). The next day a very sweet woman called me just to check in and see how our stay was. She was also extremely sweet & professional. I was completely shocked at the level of care I received.
Pros: The price!!Totally accommodated my last minute needs!The apartment was very clean & decorated nicely.
Cons: Because of the last minute rush they forgot the linen bag.The shower head was really low on the wall. =)

Cons: The carpet was wet when we arrived. There were no pillow cases for the 2 pillows left for the pull out couch. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and the futon would not fold out for us to use. It was not clear if we were supposed to wash the dishes. There was nothing to wipe down the counters.

We has to ask numerous times to received the entry details for the property. Never told there wouldn't be internet available, as it is advertised, only after pick up we saw it was blacked out on the paper with the details. Over all very responsive but everytime we call we never know who is there and never get a straight answer.
Pros: Great location, our goal was to stay close to my son who resides in BH, being close to shopping and groceries was a plus. And the parking under too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are not to be trusted. They seem to have other business interests and do not put any time or effort into these property rentals.Re the apartment, it was was fine, but the sofa bed was terrible with springs pushing up through the thin mattress. We tried to contact the property manager and keep on getting put through to a paging service and no one ever returned our call. The manager seemed to be running everything from Romania. It tooks 5 days to get this sorted and in the meantime, my wife and children were taking turns at sleeping on the floor.

Cons: I have rented through Home Away many times and expected this experience to be similar. It was not. This apartment was the most poorly equiped I have seen: No paper towels, dish rag, soup spoons, salt and pepper, bath mat, mat in the tub which could be dangerous, no extra blanket in bedroom, tv in bedroom not connected and needed to have maintenace repair.Hot spot for wi fi did not work.Overall decor was terrible. Not appealing. Needs a lot of work.

Had a great time
They really were very nice to deal with. We were short on pillows and they brought them right over for me. We got there and everything was nice and clean.
Pros: Right in the heart of everything. We were only a 15 min drive from Hollywood Blvd. There were stores all around. The building was nice (the maintenance man of the building not so much) and the pool was great.
Cons: try not to get a blow up mattress - that was the only thing that was really quite a pain as it did not stay blown up and request extra toilet paper as they only gave 1 roll for 6 ppl for 3 days. We landed up buying more but it does say that it comes with amenities.

OMG was a hassle to book and did not supply what was promised. However we were still overall happy with our stay.
Pros: The location was excellent, we were just 15 minutes walk from the grove and 5 minutes walk from a grocery store and restaurants. The apartment was very safe and quiet as the building had security 24 hours a day.The cable TV service made nights in very enjoyable. The pool and gym services were also excellent.
Cons: Booking for me was extremely difficult not only due to the time difference (we are from Australia) but the staff would keep asking for my registration number even when I began each email with it and made it the subject. The kitchen was very under equipped. There wasn't enough cutlery, glasses or other utensils. The amount that there was would suffice for a week or so, but due to the length of our stay it was very inconvenient not having a single serving spoon or salad bowl. We didn't have an extra cover or pillows for our 5th and 6th guests and we had to make up for this on our own expense. on top of this, the couch bed was only big enough for 1 person, not 2. To make up for this we had to sleep 3 people in a queen bed for a whole month- not exactly comfortable. One of the mattresses was concave, needs replacement. Drainage in one of the sinks needs fixing up. The promised soap, body wash, shampoo, paper towels and toilet paper were not available when we arrived.We asked for a vacuum cleaner and it never arrived meaning the floor in the apartment was filthy during our extended stay despite our efforts to keep it clean. Upon checkout, I was emailed at 8am and told I had to leave by 10am when the previous day I was told 12pm.

GREAT VALUE, GREAT SERVICE.... much better alternative to hotels
I have used omg travel for the past few years and highly recommend them. All the staff are wonderful and when minor issues arise they are eager to resolve things asap. I've stayed in a few different apartments over Hollywood through omg when I visit and they always ensure everything is in order prior to arrival.......... and after an 11 hour flight, being able to check in easily and put your feet up is great!
Pros: I love this apartment and so it feels like a home from home when I return. Great location, great amenities, and much handier and cheaper than hotels in the area. Walking distance to bar marmount and 10 min drive to beverly hills.
Cons: Had a little issue this time with the gas not working (not omg's fault, the owner's issue) and they were quick to drop off extra towels to me until they got it resolved.

Very inefficient once paid money, requested information re check in as were already traveling only received it 12 hrs before arrival. Had told them we had no email but when rang them with an issue on arrival after saying they would return the call I received an email 3 days later once we finally had the internet connected
Pros: Position is perfect, within 30 to everywhere, supermarket around the corner, Starbucks around corner and good places to eat ad well
Cons: No toilet paper on arrival Kitchen very poorly equipped, no forks, 2 glasses a 3" pan, no serving bowls or any type of other cooking utensil such as spatula or wooden spoon. No tea towel or something to wipe bench with and then the cheek to send us email to leave it cleaner than we found otherwise coat will be charged. Internet need to be addressed as it is so slow it was a waste paying the extra charge. Please disregard the star ratings as I am unable to cancel them. Over all would give 5 stars for all except for location where I would give ten, with all that we did enjoy our stay and with very little effort you could have a top condo

I find it extremely good and uncomplicated for customers, I really loved the service, I was some how sceptic at the very beginning, considering the good price and location of the apartment, but it fullfiled all our needs and was OK.

The best part wat the location of the apartment. Very convienent. The unit itself is a bit old and worn. It was missing basic items that made quite a difference in the first day in the apartment (e.g. silverware, cups, blankets). The furniture would deserve renovation, especially the mattresses (that are old). Other than that, everything worked well and OMG delivered as promised.

OMG Travel—at least in Los Angeles-- is definitely a “BUYER BEWARE” operation. Overall, this was a most unsatisfying & disappointing experience. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. Despite having an office, and being provided with a “direct line”, I was never once able to get directly through to anyone in the office—either before or during the rental period. Even during business hours, the phone was always answered by an answering service, which could only tell you that they would direct a message to the L.A. office and have someone return the call. Sometimes the call was returned in a reasonable period of time and sometimes the call was not returned at all. I rented a “luxury” apartment for some guests arriving from Australia. The day before they arrived, I left a message with the answering service to have someone call me to see if it would be possible to pick the keys up earlier than the 2:00PM check-in. My call was returned by someone who identified herself as “T”. I explained why I was calling and she said that I would have to speak with the property manager, who wasn’t in. When I inquired as to when he would be in, she said that she didn’t know because if there was no check-in for him to do, he wasn’t required to be there. What she could do for me was to send an e-mail to the property manager, copy me on the e-mail, then I could respond and tell the property manager what I wanted and that he would respond. She also said that if I included a credit card number and a copy of my driver’s license in the e-mail, they could charge the cleaning fee before I arrived to check in, which would speed the process. Her e-mail to the property manager (at 11:31AM) indicated that I was interested in picking keys up early (around noon). It also referenced the request for the driver’s license and credit card number. I replied to the e-mail, copying both the property manager and “T”, explaining my request, and I included my credit card number and a copy of my driver’s license as requested. I never received a response from the property manager. At 4:30PM, I placed a call to the office, and of course, reached only the answering service. I explained that I needed to reach “T” before the office closed and they asked me who that was. I explained that she only identified herself as “T” and that she was in the Los Angeles office. They said they would send the message to the L.A. office, but I never received a return call from “T” or anyone else. The next morning at 8:00AM, I placed another call, left another message with the answering service, and this time did receive a call from “T” about 45 minutes later. I told her that I never heard back from the property manager and her response was, “I did what I could do, and if he didn’t respond, that probably means that he couldn’t accommodate your request. I leave at 2:00 every day, so I couldn’t have known that the property manager never responded to you”. I asked when he would be in and she did not know. I asked if she would be kind enough to contact him, talk to him about my request and either have him call me or get back to me herself. About 45 minutes later, I received a call from “T” who told me that I could pick the keys up at noon. When I arrived at the office, Mark, the property manager was there, but had not processed anything before my arrival as “T” had promised. At the office, I was handed a large bag with towels and sheets. When I asked what they were for, I was told that they were just extras in case they were needed. I was told that if they didn’t use them to just leave them in the unit when they checked-out. When we arrived at the unit, there was still food in the refrigerator, dirty dishes and pots & pans in the dishwasher, there were no towels in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, no soaps or shampoos (the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty), no paper towels in the kitchen, etc. And the sliding shower door on the tub was broken. According to their own calendar, it had been more than 10 days since the previous guests had checked-out. I immediately called the office--or at least the answering service—who said that they would relay the message to the office. When Mark returned my call, he acted surprised about the condition of the apartment and said he would call their housekeeping service and get back to me. The listing for the apartment indicated that it included wi-fi. And, in fact, there is a working modem in the unit. There was no welcome book or informational book in the unit that proivided a password, so we assumed that it was an open network. After trying to access the network for about 30 minutes, I called Mark back (again first having to go through the answering service). When he did return my call, I was told that the modem in the unit was not for guests and that the only way to get wi-fi in the unit was to rent a mobile wi-fi unit from them at $8/day. I said that the listing indicates that the unit has internet/broadband service and he said that it says that internet service is “available”—(The listing indicates “Internet-Broadband”, “Air Conditioning”, “Cable/Satellite Service”, “Washer/Dryer” as being included as part of the rental unit and rate). There was no additional fee charged for any of the other services listed. THIS IS CERTAINLY DECEPTIVE MARKETING. Mark agreed to provide the mobile device free since the apartment was dirty when we arrived. I asked if he could deliver it—and leave it in the unit if we weren’t there. I was told that I would have to pick it up at the office because he “didn’t have a spare key to the unit or gate clicker to the building”. Of course, it is totally unbelievable that a company in this type of business would not maintain spare keys to all their units. Obviously Mark just wasn’t interested in providing any additional customer service. When I arrived at the office to pick up the mobile wi-fi device, Mark said that he was just sending an e-mail to the housekeeping service and that he would give me a call when he heard back from them. I never heard back from him and we ended up changing the sheets on the bed ourselves— using the extra linens provided—since we assumed if the rest of the apartment hadn’t been cleaned, it was certainly a good bet that the bed linens had not been changed either. I also took my guests out to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo—as no one from housekeeping showed up the first day (or anytime during the rental period) to properly clean and restock the apartment with toiletries. And no one showed up to fix the shower door. My guests checked-out three days ago and I have still not heard from the property manager or any other representative of the company regarding the unacceptable condition of the apartment, the total lack of customer service and follow-up, and the deceptive marketing regarding wi-fi service.

Do not use this company
Very unprofessional. Never answer phone calls. We reserved a place online 4 months before we arrived and were sent to a dump! Only after 17 phone calls did they move us and then into another dump; we never did get the place we reserved. This place is a scam - I doubt they even own the properties they advertise online.
Pros: The only pro is that we were only there seven days and not more!
Cons: Filthy dirty. No soap, three towels for four people for one week. No utensils, dirty walls, very old beds with not mattress pads, stained pillows with no pillow cases, broken screens, broken patio furniture, broken chairs, dirty couch, grimy coffee table. The idea that they charge you $120 for a cleaning fee is a joke- both places that we got stuck in were filthy dirty, complete with mice poop in the carpet!

Did not meet expectation
The rooms were easy to make reservation and the customer service was great. However, needing to pick up the keys, towels, and toilet paper from the office which was located away from the apartment that we were staying made it pretty unpleasent. The parking at the office was impossible to find ( i had to park illegally on a tow-away zone) and they only gave me one toilet paper with no paper towel in the kitchen. The rooms were clean but the amenities were missing (Soap, utensil, etc) made it difficult. I would rather stay at a hotel if you are only staying for few days since there is a $120 cash payment on top of the rental for cleaning. I stayed only 1 day and it was waste of my money.

We reserved the Beverly Delux in August and ended up in two separate dumps, never the one we reserved. Repeated phone calls were never answered until I threatened them with a lawyer. They then moved us into another place which they assured us was just as nice, the only difference was that the furniture matched. Both places were filthy, three towels for a family of four for one week. No soap, no kitchen utensils, no dishwasher soap, one frying pan, one pot and one bowl. Grimy carpets, dirty walls, broken screen door, dirty windows, broken outdoor furniture. Thirty year old mattresses with no mattress pad, soiled pillows with no pillow cases, mice droppings on the floor. We plan to get our money back and if not, we plan to pursue legal means. Do Not use this company - they are a scam!

The property was centrally located and made it easy for us to travel to our city destinations. We will certainly use your service again. Thank you for help making our trip a great one!
Cons: The apartment was not clean and we paid a $120 cleaning fee. There was trash under one of the beds and we had to reclean the apartment, which included bathrooms and the kitchen. Parts of blinds were on the floor in the living room and bedrooms when we entered the apartment. The stove had grease on burners, so much grease that when we turned them on, they produced enough smoke to set off smoke detectors. Hire a new cleaning company!

Kind service but few questionable results
Great price for great apartment. Secure safe and very comfortable. Two major issues however. The company will change the apartment without letting you know. I was travelling with a colleague who valued his privacy. We originally got confirmation for an apartment with two bedrooms having their own baths. Upon our arrival at the promise we found out the apartment only had one full bath. Also few descriptions were misleading. You cannot do the laundry without having a special key, which is only given to the resident. The worst moment came when it came to getting refund for a deposit on wireless router. There is no mention of requiring deposit for an optional service you pay extra for. We paid for both service and the router deposit. As we were both attending AFM and spent most of our time outside of the apartment, we returned the device two days later and asked the clerk to refund the deposit.First, the clerk and/or booking made a mistake on the refund and, even though prompt refund was promised I wasn't able to received it until I left LA. I should be thankful I actually got the refund having called ghe oftice multiple times and visiting the office and talk with the office manager and make sure she contacted the booking.OMG Travel offers great apartments for great price but their booking department needs serious review for its troublesome customer service.

The flat itself was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The flat itself was very clean and centrally located.
Pros: The sofas were wonderful, there was constant supply of hot water, the bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and we were near public amenities. The instructions for getting in to the building were incredibly clear and the TV worked well, we did not test the DVD player.
Cons: We were across the road from a building site which was 'difficult' in the mornings, the host was difficult to get in touch with, especially regarding the wi-fi password. I had to contact the hosting company directly for information. More crockery is needed to cook properly, as the pan in the kitchen is quite dirty.

Memorable experience!
The Hollywood Apartment was great! Spacious and artistic, it kept reminding us of the apartment from The Dreamers. For the price, it was definitely the best value we have found on our whole trip. It seemed far from the tourist areas so it really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. And, we were able to walk around and find bars and restaurants without having to walk to far. The only sad part was only booking it for one night! We wished we could have stayed longer.
Pros: Space, laundry, clean, quiet, safe, cute courtyard
Cons: The door locks were a little tricky, including figuring out the security code and how to enter it on the building door.

Worst service ever. I called twice with no call back. Paid 120 maid service and my olace was dirty. Carpet was black from dirt, split water in linoleum floor in living room, went to wipe it up and whit towel ended up black the floor was so dirty. Walls were dirty, even ceiking. Add stated cable tv but it would not work.

Cons: Everything. You had plastic dispenser for towels, soap, ttoilet paper but not one was full. Your add stated cable tv but the tv would not work. I called the office twice with no return call. Could not even feel comfortable. I cant wait to leave. Furniture was old and worn, only 2 burners on the stove work, pillows were only half inch thick, I had to go buy some, beds were so old and lumpy, you could feel the springs in your back. This place is aweful. Can't wait to get home and post a real review with pictures.

I find OMG to be unethical in their business dealings, poor managers and to have terrible customer service.

Cons: We had a horrible stay at an apartment managed by OMG. We spoke many times during our say with the assistant at the OMG office, who was very nice and assured us that the booking agent would call us, but that never happened. Here is a brief description of the problems we had:1. We were sent to the wrong apartment. We had booked an apartmentat one address and sent to another. When we visited the building where we were supposed to stay, it turned out it was much nicer than ours, making us think that we had been baited and switched.2. We were told that there would be wireless in the apartment.There was not; the only wireless access was in the lobby. I wasplanning to work during the weekend and was significantly curtailedbecause of the lack of wireless.3. We were told there would be laundry in the apartment. There was not.4. The apartment was dirty, especially the sheets. We found hair that looked like pubic hair in both beds and had to wash the sheetsbefore we could use them. The carpet also was filthy and the walls were quite marked up and should be painted.5. We specifically chose an apartment with a sleeper sofa so thatour children would not have to sleep in the same room. The sofa wasfilthy and stained. It was very challenging to get the sofa openbecause the frame was bent and jammed. We got it open to find thatthe mattress was the wrong size for the sofa and was shredded inseveral places. There also was no blanket for the sofa bed.6. There was no toilet paper, no soap and very few other amenitiesthat we expect and have experienced in other apartment rentals.7. After numerous attempts on our part, the booking agent finally emailed us back. The agent was very unsympathetic, and offered us a $50 refund for our troubles. We asked for the mandatory cleaning fee of $120 back, given how much cleaning we did, but the agent refused.

Great vacation, condo was clean and in a good neighborhood, the only problem was with the WiFi, thought it was included but had to pay extra and a few times we were not able to get the internet, called the office but no one ever got back to us.
Pros: Nice pool and hot tub area, everything you need is included, off street parking in gated garage.

The unit we rented was dirty. The bed sheets were filthy.The inclusions were not as advertised.Broadband available (yes for a $200 DEPOSIT!!!!), washer/dryer in unit (no we had to find and pay for the laundry room in the complex).The kitchen was filthy, only wine glasses, no tea towels or kitchen cloths.

OMG is a little, how you say, disorganisada. Their office hours are very limited. If you're used to staying in hotels that are open round the clock, this may inconvenience you. Also, they have this quippy little sign on their door Which might be mildly funny if it weren't painfully true.
Pros: Cheap as balls. We stayed in the Miracle Mile for less than $200 a night. And we didn't have to share a room with a stranger. Amazing. The area was beautiful, the room was large, we weren't on a flight path, almost no traffic noise, nice TV in living room with good cable channels. Would be a great getaway for a poor newlywed couple who wants to bang on a twenty-year-old mattress and then do some sightseeing.
Cons: Black mold in the shower, master sink drain clogged, allotted one bath towel and one hand towel per person like we're at a high-class refugee camp, no cell reception, no wifi, screen door in master suite off its tracks, skillet in the kitchen was methamphetamine dirty, no contact info listed on the fridge or left on the counter upon arrival (like normal rental companies), never figured out how to get the A/C turned on, beds were at least as old as I am, living room carpets looked like crimes were committed on them, half of the light bulbs were burned out, no paper towels, all surfaces covered in bubble wrap made me feel like I was at my Nanna's house, no bath mats, I could go on. Bottom line, VERY MINIMALLY FURNISHED, AND FRATHOUSE DIRTY. Also, the corporate tone of voice for OMG is very youthful and sarcastic, which can be good if you provide good hospitality, but if you are running a Mickey Mouse operation like this and you send me an email that says "Thank you for your stay at Beverly DeLux Apartment I... We'll miss you..." That reads like a snarky used car salesman waving goodbye to you from the parking lot after they put sawdust in your gas tank. Not cute.

Terrible Experience
Considering that at the office we visited, it shows this company to be a travel company AND a modelling agency definitely confuses me! I can see that in practice they look to offer high class living in amazing properties, however the reality is very different. Also, I find the management to be very poor as the person who was supposed to be around to help us wasn't. Also, the communication was not very effective.We were advised on arrival that we would find the apartment keys, the parking garage keys and an apartment manual in a lock box outside the office door. All we did find was the apartment keys, nothing else. This meant we had nowhere to park our car until the next day when someone would be available to help. I wonder where they expected us to park our car overnight in LA?!?! We tried to contact them which proved very difficult. I had no service on my phone, being from England, so needed them to e mail me. I spent ages sitting outside a Starbucks using their wifi waiting for an e mail which took over an hour to arrive. We were basically left to our own devices.Once we managed to find somewhere to leave the car and got into the apartment, there was no toilet paper! How basic is it to provide toilet paper? Also, the apartment was listed as having 2 bathrooms, however there was only 1 and an en suite with just a toilet.Once we managed to speak with someone the next day, however, he was very helpful and agreed to waive certain charges in compensation which I think was fair. The rest of our time in the apartment went much smoother, I'm pleased to say.When back home, I was waiting for a refund onto my credit card for the wifi device deposit. It did not arrive and when I questioned this I was advised that the refund would be made and arrived on my card 2 days later. They clearly had not actually processed the refund when they said they would upon checkout.Overall, a very difficult experience and I'm afraid to say I will not be staying with you again, nor recommending anyone else to stay there.
Pros: Mark who works in the Los Angeles office on Beverly Blvd was very helpful when we met with him following our check in problems and was amenable to proving compensation. He also allowed us to use his computer when we checked out to check in for our flight home.
Cons: The overall check in process out of hours, the lack of support, the unghelpful nature of some members of staff, the incorrect information in the original listing, the fact they forgot to leave quite a vital piece of equipment (the parking garage token) and the general overall experience.

Booking was a nightmare, but in the end it all panned out but we lost half day of our vacation!
Booking was a nightmare! We continually were emailed that we had not paid, and we had receipts that we did. Trying to get sny extra information about any rental was very difficult. Nobody returns calls! The place we booked was not the one we ended up getting, and then when we gor there the place was filthy dirty!
Pros: Once we finally got to talk to somebody in person most of our concerns were rectified, and they moved us to a new place, which was very suitable, clean and great place to stay. The Beverly Hills Penthouse ViII is a great place to stay.
Cons: Disorganized business. If you arrive after 9 pm good luck getting a hold of anybody. You have to drop off keys at their office, and cannot leave keys in the place. They tell you your rental comes with bathroom amenities and it did not. We arrived at 11 pm and we did not even have toillet paper or soap! We lost half day if our trip trying to get a new place, get questions answered, and move to a new place. We asked for half day reimbursement, but never got t.

Pros: The pool is nice and easily accessible. The bed in the Master bedroom was comfortable.
Cons: So many don't know where to start. It's a hassle to have to pick up keys from different location. Was difficult to get into the building. Our keys had been given to someone else by mistake so we had to wait for them to come back to get our keys. We were given only 3 towels for four of us, and the apartment had NO TOILET PAPER, no tissues, no paper towels, nothing to use to go to the toilet! There was no soap in the shower, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was absolutely horrible. They woke me up with a phone message at 6:49 a.m. We were supposed to be at the same building as our friends but they were sent to the wrong building. They told us we could check out at 1:00 but then changed their mind at the last minute and made us leave at noon. I will never ever use this company again!!

Very inconvenient to have the rental office from the rental property. When there is any problems there is no one answering the phone. I paid for high wifi connection but it was too slow to took avout 5 min to load a web page and I couldn't use it at all. I called about 5 time but no one returned the call. Because I couldn't use wifi it totally screwed up my business.

I stayed 2 days in this apartment in October. Really clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything and I found also a welcoming bottle of rosé wine on the dressed table. No noise whatever, even though you are in the very center of the city.
Pros: Calm and comfortable. Totally equipped. Clean and spacious. Can accommodate up to 5 people.
Cons: I cannot find any.

I had such a great time in LA at this apartment! Great location, central and close to all the attractions in town. Then I met Don, the amazing manager of the property, that helped me with everything and gave me the bus ticket to visit the down. The apartment was clean and spacious, and well equipped. I was deeply satisfied by this wonderful and unique experience.
Pros: Everything, nothing left to say. Great experience there, really! I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Budapest and the apartment was perfect for our group. The location was great we could walk or take a tram to most of the big sights. Our hostess Ildy was amazing! She helped us out a lot with getting to and from the airport and even let us check in early without charge. Wonderful place at a great price with nothing to complain about what so ever!

Not the best experience
I think that the sales department were quick to respond but the actual property manager was unresponsive throughout our entire stay in LA. I tried to call him three times and emailed also regarding our inability to locate the wifi network. I never had a response and I asked to be reimbursed for the $32 we paid for it and we still had no response. I was very frustrated since it was difficult to get a cell phone signal and I had planned on doing some work and needed the internet to do so while on my vacation.

We had a great time staying in the hollywooxd deluxe apartment. We would love to go back and stay again if we ever got the chance!
Pros: There is tons of room. We were able to split the cost with my in laws, so it made it cheap forboth of us! With the two bedrooms it was plenty private enough for both couples. The location was fantastic!
Cons: You only get so many towels and things. The check in process was not the best thing since we arrived late.

We rented the apartment for two weeks to recuperate from cancer surgery done in a LA hospital and our experience could had been better.This could be a good company if they paid more attention and importance to customer service and satisfaction. It seems the company lacks in organization and internal communication. You speak to different people and phone services because nobody at the office ever responds and still you never get a simple answer nor solution to your problem (the Europeans seem to be more courteous and helpful ) but in LA all you get is an answering service and the operation manager Mark NEVER answers nor resolves the problems. I think the company lacks adequate supervision from higher management and should review their quality control systems, because I see good potential if as stated before, paid more attention to detail and costumer service.
Pros: Great Location, the building is nice and secure and a reasonable price. Some of the people that answer the phone are nice and try to be helpful. furniture is simple but adequate, but a little effort and attention to details would make a big difference in costumer satisfaction
Cons: The carpet in the apartment looked dirty and stained, like it needed a good cleaning or change, the kitchen was not clean when we arrived and among other things the bathroom door did not close and there was not toilet paper, cloth hangers and other supplies. We had to go out and buy and during the whole two weeks we stayed there we had no TV or cable service and our MULTIPLE requests and complaints went unanswered. I HAD TO SPEND MY WHOLE RECOVERY TIME WITH NO TV service. At the end of our stay, we left the apartment with lots of supplies bought by us for the benefit of future guests. Unfortunately forgot some personal property in the drawer of the bedroom dresser, wrote to Mark operation manager to see if he could mail it at our expense, but even though I am 100% sure of what and where my things Mark assures me that the "housekeeper" found nothing which sadly leaves a lot to be desired in the service or the honesty of the housekeeping services that translate to the whole company. I am still waiting for a define answer to this request.

The worst thing was that we couldn't get in touch with house manager i OMG at all.
Pros: The outside area was very nice. Pool, gym and barbeque was very good. Location of this apartment was the best. Nice area and near every thing. 7-8 minutes to drive to Hollywood, Beverly Hills or any other places.
Cons: The apartment looks much nicer in the pictures. In reality it is old and not too clean. The sink in one bathroom was clogged, coffeemachine didn't work and a lot of small things. But we couldn't get in touch with any body from OMG travel. Nobody answered the phone or emails.

Quite bad, no spare bed cover, no spare towel, no floor mat, no dishes, no washing machine in the apartment, only a table for four people, elevator often out of order, pets (dogs) everywhere in the building, smell quite bad in the building, very noisy at night, garbage all over the parking, we had to buy our own cable and internet. The Chinese owner is very nasty, we have to buy everything ourselves. That is not an apartment we will recommend to anybody, it was the worst rent experience we had.

the worst experience of my life!!!! will never use omg travel again. i travel all over the country AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED AS POORLY AS OMG TREATED ME This was a total switch and bait I was told I had a first floor apartment by the pool but once I arrived it was a 3rd floor apartment facing the street,which the apartment was dirty and had a horrible odor the whole time i was there. It had a broken lamp and no toliet paper, the pillow cases were stained the shower stall had mildew the tub had hair and dirt on the bottom of it.. I have pictures to show,I also was promised free internet connect which is stated in my contract,but upon arrival I was told i would now have to pay for it per day. The owner of the company MR. VINCENT DEZILLE IS A COWARD!!!!!DURING MY STAY I MADE 200 HUNDERED PHONE CALLS which to this day he never returned one of them,yet i know he received all of my message because his answering service told me they spoke to him personally about my situtation and he choose not to call me back. he is a crook, Also in my CONTRACT it is stated that omg has 12 hours to correct any problems or else ill be moved to another location which also did not happen I also told the clerks at the office that i would check out with a full refund,that also didn't happen because they can only do this upon talking with Vincent Dezille, which he has instructed them all to tell everyone he is out of the country!!I have contacted the LA district Attorneys office and filed a complaint I was told numerous people have had problems with this company.

I do not think OMG does a good job of managing the properties. At least not the one we stayed in. When we arrived there was no bedding for my kids to sleep on. We called and called that night but only could speak with an answering service and never received a response. We went to the office the next day requesting the bedding and did then receive it. Why do you give a phone number for the manager if no one responds?Also, many things i the condo were broken. There was no towel rack in the bathroom. The dishwasher did not work. The tv remote in the livig room did not work completely (the volume). No working light bulbs in the lamps. There were very few glasses and bowls. The manager told us he had some ordered, but we were there two weeks and nothing was ever delivered to us. No dish towells, no way to wash dishes at all. We told the manager all of this and asked if there was a check sheet we can fill out with damages so we did ot get blamed. They said they do't have one yet but are developing one. It made us very nervous we would be blamed.

For starters, we arrived & the garage door opener didn't work. So we had to wait outside an hour for someone else to open about 12mid. I had to replace the battery the next day. The apartment smelled. We had one wash cloth & two towel for a family of six. No sheets for sofa bed. I had to purchase sheets & wash cloths the next morning. Cable didn't work in living room. Bad experience but great location. Won't use OMG again!

I would like to start by saying I almost felt like I was scammed out of my money when I showed up to the place to pick up keys at 2 pm on Saturday and there wasn't anyone there, the suite number was not posted on the door, and there was some strange hrs of operation sign that was on the door. I called the office and they hung up on me. I was standing in front of the door thinking that this was just a janitors closet and the whole thing was a hoax.A gentleman did show up 10 minutes later, (whew I was relieved)The apartment was a great location, but there was a few things on the inside: The balcony railings look like they have never been cleaned, they were black from the soot of the traffic below, I was there with my 2 daughters that I would not let out there until I went to store to by paper towels to clean the railings (which there were non in the suite), also I neede to buy hand soap in the bathroom,(do people really expect to use the bathroom and not wash hands)The remotes for the tv and dvd player did not have batteries I had to go to store to buy some. I had to figure out how to plug dvd player into familyroom tv so that we could watch a movie as a family, the cabinets that were not locked and counters had so much stuff in them that we had no where to keep our groceries, the vacuum is broken, so that was useless to try to keep the place clean. And one more thing, not that I condone my 12 year old to go through peoples stuff, but she was looking for scissors in kitchen drawer, and she looked at some pictures that were in the drawer of a topless woman. I told her that was not our stuff and should not be going through those pictures, but that kind of stuff should never be left for other people to discover while renting their unit.The garage remote only works the entrance side of the garage door.Please feel free to call me regarding any of these issuesSincerely,Tommy Mollenhour623-225-2325

Beverly Hills Penthouse II.  
Beverly Hills Apartment Rental- Not so great
based on my experiences with, I will not be booking any more property rentals using this company. When we arrived at their office in Los Angeles, it was very unorganized, unprofessional and a bit shady. The contract I was given did not match some of the information in my online contract. The unit I found online was not the same unit I was given.
Pros: The location of the Beverly Hills unit was great. The parking spot was convenient.
Cons: Where should I start? The unit was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, when in fact it was only 1 1/2 baths. Sharing a shower amongst 5 adults proved to be very inconvenient. When we checked in we were handed 5 sets of towels that we had to carry to the unit. Why aren't the towels left in the unit? We only get one set each for the four days we were there? There is a $120 charge for cleaning. I suggest that OMG find a different cleaning service. The apartment was filthy. There were stains on the walls, windows were smudged, shower curtain was moldy, comforters were stained and smelled bad. There were no trashcans in kitchen or first bathroom, only 1 small container in the 2nd bathroom for the whole unit. The towel bar fell every time we tried to hang a towel and there were no other hooks to hang towels. The shower curtain rod was not attached, simply sitting on the ledge, so it kept falling down. There were large, industrial sized towel and toilet paper dispensers in unit (tacky), but neither of them worked. Los Angeles was incredible, but I would not recommend staying in this apartment or using

The rental was nice and we were happy with our stay. But OMG is the worst!! I find OMG highly unprofessional and they made my initial reservation a nightmare. They lied to me, sending me emails with wrong info, then when I asked to speak with the los Angeles rep Britney and she knew she had messed up avoided my call and I was told she couldn't talk because she had a plain to catch ... I never got a straight answer from OMG.. Luckily I was able to get intouch with the rental owner who was able to sort things out for me and I highly recommend that she cut ties with OMG.. She can do better on her own.
Pros: The Apartment location was great, it was newly renovated very clean and with great views. Very spacious, great for a large Family.
Cons: Having to deal with OMG! The worst customer service I have dealt with.

Beverly Hills Penthouse I.  
Pleasant accomadation
We stayed here with 6 men from the 28/05 till the 01/06We did not receive the accommodation that we had originally booked (Hollywood Delux VIII). it was changed last minute and we were not informed of this change. fortunately we received a similar accommodation and of the same pricing/quality and not located far from our originally booked rental.arriving at our rental we had to deal with our first problem. our 12 seater Chevrolet was to high to fit in the parking. OMG did not inform us of the height of the parking. for this reason we did not take this in account when choosing our car rental. we contacted the manager the same day and the day after but no solution was found. we had to park the car on the street and fill the parking meter as from 8am.The accommodation itself was cosy and spacious. we had enough kitchen tools to prepare our meals. the rental wasn't too old fashioned and well equipped. the neighbors were not noisy. the pool, jacuzzi and gym were as expected and we used them fully. the apartment was very well located so we did not need to drive to miles to get certain popular locations of LA.All in all, i fully recommend this rental if you are a group of 6 fellas or ladies. it is also a good place for a family stay.

I was extremely impressed immediately at the fact that the property looked just like the pictures.It was very clean. Definitely no complaints & would most definitely reccommend.
Pros: The location was perfect. everything was in close vicinity. very easily accessible

One of the best apartments to stay in Budapest
BIG apartment, very nice and classy, oldschool, has all the equipment you can think of. The staff is really nice and helpful. We were there in the middle of the winter and it felt very warm and cosy, despite it's size. Would recommend this to anyone traveling to budapest. Best value for the money
